Tai Chi Qi Gong Group Sessions
Qi Gong is a gentle form of chi exercise and meditative movement to increase energy levels, reduce stress, improve physical & emotional well-being as well create a sense of centeredness and wholeness. Qi Gong is very gentle, easy to learn and suitable for all. While Carrie is trained to teach a number of different Qi Gong forms, she will share the 18 steps Shibashi Form because of its suitability for beginners and all physical abilities. Carrie’s teaching style focuses on how to find simple ways to help support a more harmonious experience of life. Carrie helps students explore the 5 elements within themselves and to harness these to empower their lives.
