Mary Cabral

Born in London, of Portuguese origin, I grew up in between the south of England and Cascais, Portugal in a bilingual and culturally very rich family, which loves to travel.
In my twenties I came to Tenerife with the idea of visiting the Canary Islands, Madeira and Azores before returning to live in Cascais in Portugal, after living permanently in Tenerife for many years, I'm currently based part of the year in Tenerife and the rest of the year on mainland Europe as I work semi-remotely.
I fell in love with AcroYoga and climbing over 15 years ago and both are a fundamental part of my life as I interpret my world and communicate through my body-kinesthetic, naturalist and visual intelligences.
Connection and touch are very important to me and I love working as a Guide and Teaching groups of people as I have excellent interpersonal & intrapersonal skills and can facilitate unique connections and help people to reconnect with themselves and others and overcome their fears and achieve their goals through learning via activities like climbing and acro.
