A journey to self
The Nature is the place we can escape our daily busy lives. It offers us a shelter and understands us without a judgment. It allows us to put down the walls we have created and be ourselves. The nature is a teacher and a healer. There we can rest and recharge before getting back to the real world. Together we will embark on 2-hour Journey to Self in nature for reconnection. We will use our 5 senses of touch, smell, taste, sight, sound while disconnecting busy minds and focusing on each sense at the time.
The journey to Self includes: Tree hugging, breathing exercise, barefoot walking, fruit tasting, observation of surrounding areas, listening of the sounds of nature. This journey will require moments of silence and some interaction/sharing.
