Journeying with the I Ching: Reconnecting with Cycles of Nature and Cosmos
In this workshop we will be exploring the insights and practices embedded within one of the oldest book in the world – the I Ching or Book of Changes, to connect again with cycles of time. This offers a cosmological, social, ethical and psychological worldview that is,
paradoxically, in alignment with the latest understandings in the quantum world. The I Ching connects us with the mythic potential in each moment, helping us to align more closely with our personal destiny – at the same time as guiding us to master our emotional
world and develop a finely tuned internal ethical compass.
You will:
Throughout, there will be opportunities for some individual readings in either the I Ching or an astrology reading. Both these systems reconnect with ancient wisdoms and put you back in alignment with the cosmos.

- Learn the basic principles of the I Ching
- Learn how to cast the I Ching
- Ask a question of the I Ching to help it guide you in your life forward.
