DENISEHi my name is Denise and I am an Energy support worker whether it be through yoga, dance, meditation, holding space and listening , 1-1 Eden Energy Medicine sessions or physical clearing within the home environment.
I have been on this path for over 25 years and love how my work and studies has led me to where I am now, supporting individuals teaching groups, workshops and retreats; helping spread the message that we have so many ways that we can enhance our whole physical, mental and emotional well being through simple everyday techniques, that we all once knew but have been lost over time to many of us. Now is the time of rediscovery.
