Embrace the Call: Uniting for Earth Week with The Ancients
Earth Week stands as a testament to our collective duty to safeguard our planet and nurture the seeds of wisdom for generations to come. At its heart lies The Ancients, a fellowship of the wise—a gathering not defined by age but by the depth of insight garnered through life's journey, and a shared commitment to illuminate the path forward.
From April 19th to April 28th, The Ancients will converge in Tenerife, their spirits alight with purpose, their hearts ablaze with the flame of transformation. Public events, pulsating with the energy of renewal, will soon grace our calendars, beckoning all who yearn to join this sacred dance of creation.

During this sacred sojourn in Tenerife, a tapestry of possibilities unfurls before us, each thread woven with intention, each moment pregnant with meaning:

1. Art of Living: Within the gentle embrace of The Ancients, the Art of Living blooms, a radiant beacon guiding souls back to the essence of existence. In a world adrift, where many languish in the shadows of disconnection, this programme emerges as a lifeline, offering a sanctuary for weary hearts to rediscover the rhythm of life's symphony.
   Our journey began with a vision, crystallised in the heart of Sri Lanka, where the first seeds of transformation were sown. Now, in the verdant embrace of the UK, our efforts bear fruit as we nurture the Art of Living into a force for change, poised to infuse the very fabric of society with purpose and possibility.
2. Anu Art Retreat and Fund: In May, amidst the verdant landscapes of Sri Lanka, The Ancients will orchestrate the inaugural Anu Art Retreat—a sanctuary where the creative spirit flourishes, and dreams take flight. Here, amidst the gentle whispers of inspiration, disadvantaged women and children find solace and strength, their artistic talents nurtured into vessels of empowerment and change.
   As part of this transformative journey, a pottery exhibition will grace the halls of our sanctuary, weaving a tapestry of femininity across millennia. Through the delicate strokes of artistry, we kindle a conversation, a flame of awareness that illuminates the intrinsic equality of the feminine and masculine, harmonising in a dance of balance and grace.
3. Storytelling: At the heart of human existence lies the timeless art of storytelling—a tapestry woven with threads of myth, legend, and shared experience. Here, within the sacred circle of The Ancients, stories echo through the corridors of time, bridging the chasm between past and present, and igniting the flames of imagination.
   From the mystical peaks of Mt Teide to the enigmatic depths of the Guimar Valley, our storytellers weave tales of wonder and wisdom, preserving the essence of ancient lore for generations yet unborn. Through courses and gatherings, we empower volunteers to traverse the globe, gathering the whispers of cultures and crafting them into a symphony of shared humanity.
4. Ancient Wisdoms: In a world enraptured by the cacophony of modernity, The Ancients beckon us to reclaim the treasures of antiquity—the wisdom of the stars, the guidance of the I Ching, the mysteries of the Tarot and Runes. Here, amidst the hallowed halls of knowledge, we rediscover our roots, grounding ourselves in the timeless truths that have guided humanity through the ages.
5. Interspecies Communication: Inspired by the boundless wisdom of cetacean elders, The Ancients embark on a journey to bridge the divide between species—a journey fueled by curiosity, compassion, and a reverence for all life. Through cutting-edge technology, we unveil the mysteries of interspecies communication, inviting humanity to rediscover its kinship with the natural world.
6. Autism: In a world that often struggles to understand, The Ancients extend a hand of compassion to autistic children, inviting them into a world of wonder and connection. Through dedicated programmes, we offer a sanctuary where souls can commune with the whales, the stars, and the heartbeat of nature itself—a sanctuary where differences dissolve, and unity blossoms in its place.
7. FUNdraising: With the dawn of Earth Week, The Ancients inaugurate a year of transformation—a year of climbing peaks and scaling heights, both literal and metaphorical. With each step, we raise our voices in unison, calling forth donations, sponsors, and support to fuel the flames of change.
   The Teide Challenge marks but the beginning—a clarion call to all who seek to champion the cause of renewal and restoration. As we ascend, so too do our dreams, reaching towards the heavens as we strive to embody the change we wish to see in the world.
