There will be five core routes to accessing our programmes:

2. Long Term Placements
Throughout the year, long term placements which can be viewed as volunteering, internships or work experience.
Minimum stay four weeks, no maximum stay.
During the placement, it is possible to try different experience options and activities as well as explore the wonderful island of Tenerife. Alongside the work and the various activities, we expect a personal contribution. This can take the form of a school assignment or dissertation or it can just be something of special interest.
The working week consists of three days out working- on the boats, the farm, on conservation initiatives, educational workshops, eco-tourism, photography etc, one day on site supporting our group work- research, conservation, education, social media and marketing etc and one day on personal projects, which are discussed before arrival and agreed on if at all possible.
Evenings, Monday- Thursday, involve reflection meetings, presentations and educational films. Weekends are free.
The cost is
4 - 5 weeks - £200 per week
6+ weeks - £150 per week
to include half board accommodation in multi bedded rooms, all programme logistics and project support. Mentoring support available.
